Yannis Pappas founded First Responder Restoration Consultants (FRRC) to help restoration and construction companies capture opportunities that many businesses miss in the critical hours following a loss.

With more than 30 years of sales experience, Yannis has been working directly within the restoration and construction industries, developing practical strategies that help companies grow revenue while serving insured homeowners and businesses during difficult moments.

In 2023, Yannis was recruited by one of the largest SERVPRO Disaster Response Teams in the country as Director of Residential and Commercial Accounts to specifically develop and implement a structured First Responder Program. Through this program, his team achieved a documented 28% year-over-year revenue increase by directly connecting with insureds immediately after losses occurred.
